ATEC Rail Group are currently evolving its corporate governance framework and will update this section as more policies are constructed and approved by the Board.

 Principle 1 – Lay solid foundations for management and oversight

       Formal letters of appointment for Board members have been issued

       MD and CFO have formal job descriptions

Principle 2 -Structure Board to add value

       The role of MD and Chairperson cannot be performed by the same person

Principle 3 – Safeguard the Integrity of financial reporting

       MD and CFO sign off each reporting period as to the status of the financial accounts

       Establish Audit Committee charter

       Audit Committee formally reports to Board

Principle 4 – Respect rights of shareholders

       Auditor attends the AGM and Chairperson allows reasonable opportunity for members to ask questions

Principle 5 – Remunerate fairly and responsibly

       A remuneration committee has been established
